Sell Your Apparel through ReO​W​N’s Consignment Shop



ReO​W​N’s Consignment Shop! The shop’s consignment period is 90 days. Receive 50% of the selling price after your item(s) sells. Receive 50% of the selling price after your item(s) sells. We can donate your unsold clothing to charitable causes in the local area or return it to you. Whether you have changed sizes, reorganized your closet, or are replacing a season, there are many reasons to sell through our shop.

Kindly review before you consign! To drop off items you MUST make an  appointment for Wednesday from 8– 9am or 6-7pm with a 20 minute time slot included.  You will be called in 48 hours if we do not accept your items.We accept a max of 15 pieces per drop off which must be on hangers and impeccably clean. Please either dry clean or launder your apparel. Check for Stains or any Tears; Pieces not picked up after consignment period become store property.

Consignment Agreement

1.        The Consignor is the owner of all goods consigned to ReO​​W​N Consignment & Accessories (hereafter referred to as ReO​W​N) and has the legal right to enter into this Consignment Agreement; and that the goods are saleable and /or free & clear of liens or other claims.

2.   The ReOWN  retains the right to accept or decline any item for consignment at their sole discretion.  ReO​W​N further retains the right to display items for sale as they see fit. 

​

3.   It is the Consignor's responsibility to eliminate No Thank You (NTY) items before attempting to consign them.  Consignors must present goods clean, complete and free of defects. Consignors must present brand name clothing on a hanger, in ready-to-wear condition; clean, pressed, in season, free of defects and less than 2 years old, unless vintage clothing.

4.   Consignors must wait for ReO​W​N staff to perform an initial screening of their consignment to return readily apparent” No Thank You” (NTY) items.  Once your items are placed for consignment with ReO​W​N, they become the possession of ReO​W​N.  We regret that due to space and business demands, your items will not be returned to you at the end of the consignment period unless they are over $50 at ReO​W​N selling price.  Items over $50 selling price will be automatically returned to the Consignor unless Consignor dictates the items are donated.  DO NOT CONSIGN ITEMS YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE DONATED under $50.  Verbal agreements will not void out this rule.  Items found having flaws during the entering/tagging process will be automatically donated without notice. If the Consignor chooses not to wait, the consignment will be treated as a Drop and Run and any NTY items will be donated to charity without notice.  Once an account has been established with REOWN, consignors may use the Drop And Run method to add up to 15 items per week, per account.  NTY items will not be returned while using the Drop And Run process.  Tax deductible forms are located at our front desk for your tax purposes.

5.   The Consignment period is for 60 day with periodic markdowns.  All items are subject to markdowns and coupon specials at any time.  You, the Consignor will receive 50% of the selling price, 7 days after the item sells, since we have a 7 day return policy.

6.        The ReO​W​N will price all items at ½ to 1/3 of current retail prices using online pricing and lowest advertised prices as our base, the demand for the item and its condition.

7.        You, the consignor receive 50% of what the item sells for.



8.        Pick up dates for a check or unsold clothing are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:15-7pm (Must call 24 hours in advance). You must bring a copy of your listed items.

 

9.        Monies not collected within one year of activity are forfeited to the REOWN and inactive accounts closed.



10.      Any purchase during a drop off or pick up will afford you a 20% discount on regular priced items.
